What services does Gestion A.F. Construction offer?

Seven services: structure, exterior siding, project management, high-end work, additions, complex renovation and commercial renovation. We take on complete residential and commercial projects rather than small isolated jobs.

How do I get a price for my project?

Through the online estimate: you describe your project, attach photos or plans if you have them, and receive a detailed budget range right away. It is a conditional order of magnitude; the firm quote comes afterwards, following a site visit.

Which areas do you serve?

Lanaudière and Montreal's North Shore: Terrebonne, Mascouche, Repentigny, L'Assomption, Joliette, Rawdon, Chertsey, Saint-Calixte, Saint-Lin–Laurentides, Saint-Côme, Blainville and the surrounding area.

Do you work with engineers, architects and technologists?

Yes, closely. We build from their plans, validate constructability with them and report real site conditions. If you do not have a professional yet, we can recommend one.

Are you RBQ licensed?

Yes: RBQ licence 5806-1391-01, active and verifiable in the licence holders' registry of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.

Do you offer service in English?

Yes. We are happy to discuss your project, visit the site and prepare your documents in English or in French.

Can the price change during the work?

Our estimate is detailed, item by item. If something major and unexpected appears when a wall or the ground is opened, it is documented, discussed and approved with you before any work is done.
