Complex renovation
The jobs others turn down
Structural repair, house lifting, new foundation, envelope rebuild: major transformations carried out methodically.
What is at stake
Why it is demanding
A renovation becomes complex when it touches what keeps the building standing or dry. Surprises are the rule: you need a team that diagnoses before demolishing and decides quickly when a wall opens up.
What we do
- Structural repair and reinforcement
- House lifting and new foundation
- Full envelope rebuild
- Correction of hidden damage
- Major transformation and reconfiguration
The method
Our approach
- 01Diagnosis before pricing: exploratory openings, measurements, engineer's opinion
- 02A phased plan, with realistic allowances for the unexpected
- 03Shoring and protection of the building at every step
- 04Every discovery documented and discussed with you before it is fixed
Working closely with your professionals. Engineers, Architects, Technologists: we build from their plans and validate constructability with them.
Frequently asked questions
What makes a renovation “complex”?
As soon as the work touches the structure, foundation or envelope of an existing building, or several professionals must be involved. These projects need a diagnosis, plans and tight coordination.
Can you redo the foundation of an existing house?
Yes. The house is lifted and shored, the new foundation is built to an engineer's plans, then the building is set back down and the envelope is closed.
How do you handle the unexpected?
It is planned for in the estimate, as clearly identified allowances. When something comes up, you receive a finding, a solution and a price before any work is done.
