Do you manage projects you do not build yourselves?
Yes. We can act as manager for your residential or commercial project and coordinate specialized contractors, or take on the full general contractor mandate.
Do you get involved at the plan stage?
Ideally, yes. Brought in early, we validate constructability and budget with your architect, technologist or engineer before the plans are final.
How am I kept informed?
You have a single point of contact. Progress, upcoming decisions and budget status are shared with you at regular intervals.
