Exterior siding

The first impression, for the next 30 years

Fibre cement, engineered wood, shingles, steel, stone: durable materials and flawless installation over a sound envelope.

What is at stake

Why it is demanding

Siding protects the structure and defines how a property is perceived. A rushed installation or a poor weatherproofing detail costs you for decades — often without warning.

What we do

  • Fibre cement, engineered wood and shingles
  • Architectural steel and aluminium
  • Stone and decorative masonry
  • Air barrier, strapping and rainscreen
  • Flashing, soffits, fascia and trim

The method

Our approach

  1. 01Inspection of the existing envelope before anything is covered
  2. 02Hidden damage corrected: rot, insulation, sealing around openings
  3. 03Precise installation: straight lines, aligned joints, flashing at every junction
  4. 04Material combinations validated with you, samples in hand

Working closely with your professionals. Engineers, Architects, Technologists: we build from their plans and validate constructability with them.

Frequently asked questions

Which materials do you install?

Fibre cement, engineered wood, shingles, steel, aluminium, decorative stone and other durable systems. We choose with you based on the architecture, exposure and the maintenance you want.

Should the insulation be redone at the same time?

It is often the right moment. Once the old siding is off, we assess the insulation, the air barrier and the structure, then propose the soundest option.

What if you find rot under the old siding?

We document the problem, show you the fix and its cost, and nothing is done without your approval. Covering damage only postpones it.
