Commercial renovation
Your premises transformed, without stopping your business
Shops, offices, workshops and small commercial buildings: we renovate, refit and extend around your opening hours.
What is at stake
Why it is demanding
In a commercial building, every day of work has a cost: closed premises, customers turned away, staff relocated. Code and municipal requirements are also stricter than in residential work, and an architect or engineer is often required by law.
What we do
- Renovation and refit of shops and offices
- Extension of commercial buildings
- Structure, facade and envelope repair
- Fit-out of premises for a new tenant
- Permits, compliance and coordination of professionals
The method
Our approach
- 01A schedule built around your operations: phased work, evenings or off-season when needed
- 02Plans validated with your architect and engineer before work starts
- 03A work zone that is isolated and safe for your customers and staff
- 04A single point of contact, and a budget tracked item by item until handover
Working closely with your professionals. Engineers, Architects, Technologists: we build from their plans and validate constructability with them.
Frequently asked questions
Can you renovate without closing my business?
Often, yes. The work is split into phases, the work zone is isolated from the rest of the premises, and the most disruptive tasks are scheduled outside your opening hours.
Is an architect required for a commercial renovation?
In many cases the law requires one, depending on the use and size of the building. We work with your architect and engineer, or recommend one.
Do you only take small commercial buildings?
We handle shops, offices, workshops and small commercial buildings. Describe yours: we will tell you quickly whether we are the right team.
